Jumping Juice - Riesling
Jumpin Juice is the brain child of Patrick Sullivan, biodynamic wine producer located in the Adelaide Hills, Australia. It is a joint venture between him and his wife who run the farm on the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland. The wines are completely original and always interesting - saying to be inspired by "emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place."
This Riesling has a depth of flavour almost reminiscent of Gruner Veltliner - stone fruit flavours and a soft mouthfeel. A good acidic back up makes this a very easy drinking white.
