A Growers touch focuses on the production of more traditional varietals, all grown locally to the producer out of the riverina in New South Wales and by farmers who they have worked with for two decades. The label offers credit to the farmers responsible for growing the grapes. It showcases local Australian grapes and places emphasis on the importance of 'terroir'.
This Cabernet sauvignon has a complex nose exuding aromas of lush briary fruits of blackberry and blackcurrant partnered with plum, spice, clove and vanilla. The palate completes the picture with very generous fruit flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant and blood plum. The fruit is complimented by lovely french oak, soft subtle tannins and offers exceptional length.
