Domaine Goisot is a family estate and has been producing outstanding wines since the 14th Century.
The wines are made only from the grapes cultivated on the estate - there is no buying in whatsoever. They are vinified and matured in the ancient cellar which has been in use throughout the history of the winery. The family believe in harvesting as late as possible to maximise the potential of the grapes and they believe this gives the best expression of terroir. The estate has been certified organic since 1993.
