La Dilettante - Chenin - STILL
Pierre and Catherine Breton run this Domaine in the Loire Valley which was started four generations ago. They practice biodynamic and organic farming practises producing unique, interesting wines. They have a son and daughter who also produce wine in seperate vineyards - a true family operation!
The Dilettante Sec is a still white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes and has a dry, minerality to the taste. The natural acidity of the grape balances out the ripe flavour of the fruit in the wine.
