Spontaneous fermentation on Gringet lees (from Belluard's Mont Blanc 2016) with further ageing for 10 months in old vin jaune barrels from Jean- Francois Ganevat (a biodynamic, natural wine) of the Jura.
Brasserie Des Voirons was begun by Christophe and Barbara, both of whom have a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Together they opened the brewery in the alpine commune of Lucinges in 2013. They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and water sourced from Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France.
