Estate Strofilia is a winery that is located in the Peloponnese region of Southern Greece. It is the largest mountain winery in the country and lies at the bottom of the plateau of Lake Stymfalia at a high altitude. It was started by two friends (and fellow electrical engineers) Yiannis Maltezos and Achilleas Lampsidis. It focuses on creating wine from native Greek varieties and expressing the unique terroir through their premium wines.

This Savvatiano has delicate aromas of lime, orange and a burst of orange flower, followed by a soft, herbal finish. The acidity is crisp with a fuller mouthfeel, and you are left with the taste of pear and white pepper. This is a classic example of a white that would pair beautifully with seafood and grilled vegetables.
