Intellego are a Swartland based South African natural wine producer, using organic practises to optimise the nutrient base of the soil to create rich depth and optimum growing conditions.
Using Syrah and Cinsault with light extraction and a shortened maceration time Intellego have created a super light, juicy and fun red (or pinkish red!). Flavours of strawberry, raspberry and with a solid textural mouthfeel to back up the frothy, flirty flavour.
