The Andrian Winery is situated in the Alto-Adige region of Northern Italy. Their focus is on looking forward to the future, using traditional methods and techniques whilst constantly adapting and evolving to the changes of time.
This fantastic white wine has been fermented in steel vats before being aged and matured on fine yeast for 6 months. The colour is a beautiful pale yellow, and it is lightly perfumed with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate it is dry and medium bodied with a fruity, well balanced acidity. Pairs well with fish, cheese or as an aperitif.
