Red

Red wine is of course made from grapes with dark coloured skins. But a lot of people don’t realise that the colour inside most grapes is a greeny-white. The winemaker decides how long they want the grape skins to stay in the tank and how much colour extraction they want. It also depends on the grape variety because they are all different colours too. The colour always comes from the skins. Red wine can be made dry, sweet or in-between – in any case ours are all delicious!
