Ca'di Rajo is an independently run family owned business who grow all their own grapes on the estate where they also produce the wine. This allows them total control over the winemaking, meaning they are 100% natural and don't use any chemical interventions.
Made from the Prosecco grape variety Glera and in the traditional Col Fondo method, this is a naturally sparkling style of wine with a hint of baked apples and light, refreshing citrus flavours. As its natural, it has a hazy, cloudy appearance and due to some skin contact has rich texture. An absolute summer bargain!
