Pierre and Catherine Breton run this Domaine in the Loire Valley which was started four generations ago. They practice biodynamic and organic farming practises producing unique, interesting wines. They have a son and daughter who also produce wine in seperate vineyards - a true family operation!
This is described as a party wine - of very good quality but without the bomb price tag! It is bubbly and made using the traditional champagne method and has a blend of several different vintages.
