Ovum Wines - EZY TGR Red
Ovum are an Oregon based winery run by husband and wife winemakers John and Ksenija House who specialise in expressing Riesling of the area to its full potential.
The EZY TGR table red is made mostly with Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Dundee Hills, Oregon. A field blend makes up the remaining portion, but with Cab as the predominant grape this is a full bodied red with flavours of sweet cherry, bay leaf and chocolate. It's perfect to have on its own sharing amongst friends, or if you wanted to pair it would match well with a juicy beef burger or BBQ grilled pork ribs.
