Tillingham - Rose 2021
Tillingham are a Sussex based farm in the South East of England, based along the river Tillingham reaching to the hilltop town of Rye. They specialise in natural wines and pratice organic and biodynamic processes. The farm is also home to fruit trees, ancient woodland and livestock, a true biodiverse paradise!
2021 edition of the rosé.
This is a wine for all year round but especially drinkable during the summer months. Cardamom and rose petals on the nose give hints of a red vermouth. Well balanced, fresh acidity balance the crunchy berry flavours on the palate.
