Tillingham - Col' 22
Tillingham are a Sussex based farm in the South East of England, based along the river Tillingham reaching to the hilltop town of Rye. They specialise in natural wines and pratice organic and biodynamic processes. The farm is also home to fruit trees, ancient woodland and livestock, a true biodiverse paradise!
The Col' 22 is a blend of Auxerrois and Seyval Blanc bottled with a small amount of sugar to allow for a slight effervescence. Light and hazy gold in appearance with zesty citrus fruit flavours.
