Tony Bish - otherwise known as the 'King of Chardonnay' - exclusively creates Chardonnay's within his urban winery in the Hawkes Bay area of New Zealand. He creates 4 different styles of Chardonnay using innovative techniques and methods, including The Egg; a large, concrete vessel used for fermenting and the first of it's kind in New Zealand. This innovative style has earned him a fantastic reputation for top notch Chardonnay as his quest to perfect the varietal continues.

Fully fermented in frenck oak barriques leading to a rich and powerful wine with a sublime texture. A bouquet of white peach, almonds, citrus and a subtle minerality lead to a palate of stone fruits, ripe citrus and almonds mingling with a nutty texture from the barrel fermenting.
