Circle of Onyx is a collaboration brewed with women from all stretches of the brewing world for the annual International Women's Collaboration Brew Day.
This Black IPA features Extra Pale malt combined with selected blended dark malts to add roasted backbone to the resinous West Coast hops and Ultra Dark Malt Extract from Muntons gave the colour a serious boost.
It was fermented with BRY 97 from Lallemand yeast for a clean West Coast style to allow the hops to shine through.
Featuring selected Crosby Hops CGX cryogenic lupulin hop pellets, Crosby Hop's Columbus, Azacca CGX™ and Amarillo CGX™ to produce a deliciously punchy pine and citrusy orange West Coast BIPA.
