This rose is made by blending together Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the banks of the Awatere River that have already been fermented and made into wine with a small amount of hand picked and sorted Pinot Noir grapes. This has vibrant flavours of ripe tropical fruit, vanilla pod and bell pepper.
