DIPA Guzzler
Hailing from north Surrey I moved to Brighton in 2006 and have recently moved to the Seven Dials area with my family which we love.
I've worked many years in the hospitality industry and studied wine business at Plumpton College... That's where I met Louise.
I thoroughly enjoy trying new and interesting wines but my real interest is beer, especially Double IPAs... You can normally find me ferrying stock between the shops...

Manager
I’m originally from St. Albans and after some moving around ended up in Brighton in 2019 and pretty much started working at Seven Cellars straight away! I am currently studying for my WSET Diploma in Wine at the London school, so it’s safe to say I’m pretty much living and breathing wine at the moment.
Geoff
Wine Lover
A Perth boy (not the Scottish type) I grew up in a region surrounded by adventurous vintners, breweries and foodies. It was also very sporty and active. My interests were deeply rooted in the former, obviously.
As soon as I could, I followed the sun(set) and headed to Europe. Working for the airlines and spending a lot of time in France, my travels continued to facilitate my passions and interests.
Ending up eventually and thankfully in Brighton’s crème de la crème, Seven Cellars.
Louise
Proprietor
I've lived in Brighton for over 20 years and studied at the University of Brighton and Plumpton College.
I love having the opportunity to offer our customers something different from the usual supermarket wine. I'm really enjoying being at Seven Dials and meeting the characters that make the area such a lively place.
Sarah
Beer Mistress
I have lived in Brighton for roughly 25 years and worked within the beer industry for much of that time. In 2000, over a pint of Harvey’s Tom Paine, I was invited to visit a small brewery in Normandy where I discovered a love of craft beer (and accidentally Calvados).
Whilst working at Seven Cellars I am trying to study for the BJDP exam plus studying Textile Design at Uni. Favourite tipples at the moment are mixed fermentation ales, Imperial Stouts, Tequila Reposado and a recently discovered love of Beaujolais.
