Louise
Proprietor
I've lived in Brighton for over 20 years and studied at the University of Brighton and Plumpton College.
I love having the opportunity to offer our customers something different from the usual supermarket wine. I'm really enjoying being at Seven Dials and meeting the characters that make the area such a lively place.

Christie
General Manager
I’m originally from St. Albans and, after some moving around, ended up in Brighton in 2019 and pretty much started working at Seven Cellars straight away! I completed my WSET Diploma in Wine at the London school, so it’s safe to say I’m pretty much living and breathing wine at the moment.

Forbes
Wholesale, Trade, B2B
I've been in Brighton since 2006 working as a process & strategy designer, then as a musician and producer (running a Studio in Hove for 11 years) before taking a break and moving to the Midlands were I began working in beer sales & branding for a family-owned small brewery.
Four years later, I'm back in Sussex and have come to Seven Cellars to develop the trade & wholesale business as a well as a load of behind-the-scenes operational stuff!

Zsofia
Station Shop Manager
Originally from Hungary, I moved to the UK in 2011 before settling in Brighton in 2019. I’ve always worked in and managed cocktail and event bars, which is where my passion for wines and spirits began.
I love working at Seven Cellars; our customers are the best! It’s a fantastic place to share my knowledge, discover new favourites, and keep learning more about the wonderful world of wine and spirits.

James
I’m a Sussex boy through and through. My journey into the wine world began in 2020 when I decided to start studying it out of the interest and love for the subject. I found myself doing a vintage in Ventoux in the Southern Rhone, working in London to then eventually ending up in Brighton at Seven Cellars.
I’m currently studying for my WSET Diploma in London. An intense challenge but one that is affirming my passion for the world of wine!
I love all wine but you are most likely to find me drooling over our stunning range of South African show stoppers!

Geoff
A Perth boy (not the Scottish type) I grew up in a region surrounded by adventurous vintners, breweries and foodies.
As soon as I could, I followed the sun(set) and headed to Europe. Spending a lot of time in France, my travels continued to facilitate my passions and interests, ending up eventually and thankfully in Brighton’s crème de la crème, Seven Cellars.

Nick
I've worked in the wine industry for nearly 15 years now, in a career spanning retail, events, private client sales and brokering. I've also been lucky enough to make wine in Napa, Bordeaux and South Australia!
I'm currently studying my Oenology & Viticulture MSc, with a view to one day completing a PhD and hopefully go on to become a consultant oenologist, ideally somewhere hot & sunny.
In the meantime, I love being part of the Seven Cellars team, where I’m delighted to work with such a dynamic selection of wines, beers and spirits. I’m also a huge foodie, so come find me if you’re looking for an inspiring food & wine paring!
