Kentucky Owl - St Patrick's Bourbon - Limited Release
This bourbon is a highly prized, limited-edition release of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon, made in a collaboration between Kentucky Owl master blender John Rea and Louise McGuane, founder of JJ Corry Irish Whiskey.
The green is a mega nod to St Patrick's Day and it is a rather marvelous celebration of the connection between American and Irish whiskey. It is made with a combination of casks aged between four and eight years old. The palate has notes of vanilla caramel, apple, white pepper, orange peel and lingering spices in the finish.
