A Belgian Tripel made from Barley, Wheat and Oats in both raw and malted forms leading to a debate as to whether it could be referred to as a six grain tripel, it was originally inspired by the fashion for multi-grain breads.
It is a golden to bronze brew, with a complexity derived not only from the grain bill but the restrained hopping with Styrians. It is generously spiced with a deep banana character from the house yeast and a crisp quinine like dryness on the finish.
