The state of Kentucky provides the world with 95% of its Bourbon. The original settlers in America brought with them distilling know-how and most importantly - their stills from Scotland, Ireland and Germany. They quickly discovered that Kentucky was the ideal location to make fantastic whiskey. Kentucky is the perfect place to grow corn, the main ingredient in Bourbon, and the thing that gives Bourbon its distinctive sweetness. Huge differences in temperature in Kentucky also cause the oak barrels to absorb and release whisky during the aging process which is desirable and helps the ageing process enormously.
The founder of Blantons, master distiller Elmer T. Lee introduced the world to the first "super premium" whiskey and in doing so, revolutionised the entire bourbon industry. It can't be overstated just what a radical move this was - it completely changed peoples expectations and ideas about what bourbon was. Today, super-premium bourbon features on pretty much every bourbon distillers portfolio but Blantons was the first.
A superb single barrel bourbon. Blanton's Gold is distilled from a mashbill of corn, rye and malted barley. Each bottle is hand filled, sealed, labelled and individually numbered. The nose is powerful and dry with honey, rye, dried fruits, vanilla and chocolate. The palate is full and rich with honey and oak, pecan and caramel.
Fun Fact: The distincive horse and jockey on the top of the bottle is a distinctive trademark of Blantons. some people collect the set - each different stopper spells out the word BLANTONS and shows the horse and jockey in eight stages of the race.

Shipping UK: Starts from £5.95. We aim to ship products to their UK delivery address within 72 hours. The courier service operates Monday - Friday. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Europe: Pre October 31st 2019, we are able to ship throughout most of Europe. Shipping costs differ, relative to the destination country. Costs will be evident at checkout. Examples. Shipping 3 bottles of wine to Spain, approximately £25. Shipping 20 cans of beer to Scandinavia, approximately £60.
Should the customer advise us that a package be left outside their property or for example with a neighbour or work colleague, it is done so at their risk and we cannot accept any liability for any subsequent damage potentially incurred.
If the customer is not in for the delivery the courier company should leave a card and attempt delivery two more times, on the following day and then the day after. Should both these attempts prove unsuccessful the package will be kept at the couriers nearest depot with the customer taking responsibility to collect.
Returns
Upon receipt of delivery the customer has 14 days to return most unopened items in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.
In the case of an error on our behalf (incorrect product to the one ordered) as well as for damaged or defective items please contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and / or arrange replacements where possible.

Yes of course - just add a message when placing your order and we’ll transcribe it for you and send it along with the parcel.
Where is my order?
We use a courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday. You will be sent a tracking order number when the parcel is collected and will be able to trace when your parcel is out for delivery.
What’s the minimum spend for free delivery?
If you live locally to us within a few miles of Brighton in Sussex, we offer Free delivery for orders over £50 its automatically calculated at checkout.
If you are ordering from further away - spend £150 for Free delivery nationwide.
Can I add something to my order after I have checked out?
