The Biscardo winery was established in 1878 and the Biscardo family was one of the first to statrt supplying restaurants and in the 1950's was renowned as one of the most important wineries in the region of Veneto.
Grape Variety: 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero
The grapes are hand picked in the early hours to minimise damage to the grapes. Soft pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine recieves no oak treatment.
Dry and with a persistent fizz, flavours of strawberry and rose petal with a delicious redcurrant kick.
