How can I gain access to wholesale products?

We will be back to you within 2-3 working days to open the account.
It’s very easy to set up using your email address and a password, then you will have access to our wholesale website.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Each wine comes in a case of 6 or 12. The minimum wholesale quantity is 1 individual case.
What are your payment terms and options?
We ask for payment in advance for your first three orders. After that we can move to a standard 30 day payment terms.

How do you handle corked wine?
At Seven Cellars we are committed to providing the highest quality wines to our customers. We understand that occasionally a bottle may be corked, we’re still not
fully sure why it happens to some wines. We are absolutely committed to making sure the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
No-Quibble Return Policy for Corked Wine:
- Easy Returns: If you encounter a corked bottle, simply contact us within 14 days. Please keep the bottle and the wine so we can send it back to the producer.
- Hassle-Free Process: We will arrange for a convenient return and replacement of the corked wine.
