The Biscardo winery was established in 1878 and the Biscardo family was one of the first to statrt supplying restaurants and in the 1950's was renowned as one of the most important wineries in the region of Veneto.
The grapes are hand picked in the early hours to minimise damage to the grapes. Soft pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine recieves no oak treatment.
A full spumante Prosecco with a delicate aroma of honeysuckle and apples. A great aperitif or enjoy with fish.
