Domaine Capmartin vineyards have been certified organic for over 10 years and are now working towards biodynamic certification. Simon’s wines are as natural as they come with minimum intervention in the vineyard and winery. No added sulphites, naturally occurring yeasts and minimal tannins lead to the creation of fantastically fresh wines.
No oak is used in the process and along with the winemaking process this wine is fresh, light and full of fruit. Hardly any sulphites and a sediment, as natural as they come. Enjoy with game, veal, or soft creamy cheeses.
