The Santini Collective was founded by vintner Chris Santini who worked extensively in America and France with reknowned natural winemaker Kermit Lynch. Through collaborating with natural and organic winemakers over the Burgundy and Beaujolais area in France he creates these natural styles of very traditional, serious style wines.
Made from 100% organically grown Pinot Noir grapes in Burgundy, these wines are made to be enjoyed now in the 'vins de soif' style. Light and quaffable.
