Zymurgorium are Manchester’s first craft distillery! Their Manchester Gins first arose in Jan 2014 which since have grown in number and quality ever since. Success has meant that they have expanded into a bigger and better distillery.
The company aims to make as little impact on this world as possible in fact they aim to improve standards if anything, so all their practises are as environmentally friendly. That means they try to source ingredients as locally to reduce carbon footprint and use the least harmful transportation method. They are making future improvements to energy usage and experimenting with new ideas plus helping those less fortunate.
From the wonderfully-named Zymurgorium in Manchester comes a gin-based liqueur featuring the aromatic, fragrant flavours of Turkish Delight - It is superb served with ginger ale.
