Simple Things Fermentations are a small independent brewery based in Glasgow’s Southside, they celebrate the variety of possibilities in brewing and avoid taking the obvious path wherever possible.
Proud to be a Scottish brewery and embrace the vast history that this imparts, but also progressive, innovative and brew beer for the 21st century.
A tasty, modern hop-forward Pale Ale that pours a hazy golden straw colour with a persistent head of smooth white foam.
Three flavour-intense European hop varieties (Hallertau Blanc, Barbe Rouge and Mandarina Bavaria) present aromas of berries, pink grapefruit, tinned fruit salad, strawberry ice cream and orange pith.
Bitterness is moderate, the finish is crisp and dry. It’s a US style Pale with a fruity European twist - the same, but different.
