IPA
Be it a hazy or visually clear beer, an IPA should deliver a finely balanced combination of light malt, hop forward aroma and flavour as well as bitterness to frame. The style provides a platform for hop varietals to clearly express themselves. Alcoholic strength sits around 6 to 7.5% and due to the higher abv the beer would house greater weight in comparison to a pale ale. Hazy example: Verdant ‘Even Sharks Need Water’ A more traditional example: The Kernel IPA / Burning Sky ‘Easy Answers’
