Description
IWA Sake has been created by Richard Geoffroy who previously worked for 28 years as Chef de Cave at Dom Perignon champagne. He is now using his blending (assemblage) skills to create a Sake that appeals internationally while staying true to it's Japanese roots.
An initial nose of marzipan and lotus roots opens up to a slightly nutty, mushroomy aroma. Think hazelnuts and coconut.
The palate follows up with maritime and floral notes with a finish of sancho peppers. Try at different temperatures for different flavours, this Sake can be drunk ice cold or if you want a different journey it can be warmed up. Designed to be paired with many foods so grab a bottle and enjoy the ride.

Shipping
Shipping UK: Starts from £5.95. We aim to ship products to their UK delivery address within 72 hours. The courier service operates Monday - Friday. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Europe: Pre October 31st 2019, we are able to ship throughout most of Europe. Shipping costs differ, relative to the destination country. Costs will be evident at checkout. Examples. Shipping 3 bottles of wine to Spain, approximately £25. Shipping 20 cans of beer to Scandinavia, approximately £60.
Should the customer advise us that a package be left outside their property or for example with a neighbour or work colleague, it is done so at their risk and we cannot accept any liability for any subsequent damage potentially incurred.
If the customer is not in for the delivery the courier company should leave a card and attempt delivery two more times, on the following day and then the day after. Should both these attempts prove unsuccessful the package will be kept at the couriers nearest depot with the customer taking responsibility to collect.
Returns
Upon receipt of delivery the customer has 14 days to return most unopened items in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.
In the case of an error on our behalf (incorrect product to the one ordered) as well as for damaged or defective items please contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and / or arrange replacements where possible.

Can I attach a message to this order?
Yes of course - just add a message when placing your order and we’ll transcribe it for you and send it along with the parcel.
Where is my order?
We use a courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday. You will be sent a tracking order number when the parcel is collected and will be able to trace when your parcel is out for delivery.
What’s the minimum spend for free delivery?
If you live locally to us within a few miles of Brighton in Sussex, we offer Free delivery for orders over £50 its automatically calculated at checkout.
If you are ordering from further away - spend £150 for Free delivery nationwide.
Can I add something to my order after I have checked out?
