Made by Laurent Calmel in the Languedoc region in southern France. We were fortunate to be invited to stay at the vineyard at the beginning of the summer 2017 and we were very impressed. The wines in the vineyard are entirely organic and much of it is farmed biodynamically. The only addition to the vines is a fine spray of tea-tree oil which helps keep the bees away from the grapes (they also have honey bees on the vineyard and grow olives and lavender). Bio- dynamism is a combination of organic farming and spirituality, typically the vines will be planted and harvested according to the moon phases and weather patterns and there is no interference from artificial sources – even down to not allowing motor vehicles on site. Livestock is kept; providing fertiliser, and chickens and peacocks can roam freely in between the vines to keep any bugs, flies or aphids low in number. Sulphur addition is extremely light and on bottling only. The resulting wine is full, well balanced fresh and fruity with notes of mangoes and apricots. Brilliant value.

Shipping Europe: Pre October 31st 2019, we are able to ship throughout most of Europe. Shipping costs differ, relative to the destination country. Costs will be evident at checkout. Examples. Shipping 3 bottles of wine to Spain, approximately £25. Shipping 20 cans of beer to Scandinavia, approximately £60.

Should the customer advise us that a package be left outside their property or for example with a neighbour or work colleague, it is done so at their risk and we cannot accept any liability for any subsequent damage potentially incurred.

If the customer is not in for the delivery the courier company should leave a card and attempt delivery two more times, on the following day and then the day after. Should both these attempts prove unsuccessful the package will be kept at the couriers nearest depot with the customer taking responsibility to collect.

Upon receipt of delivery the customer has 14 days to return most unopened items in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.

In the case of an error on our behalf (incorrect product to the one ordered) as well as for damaged or defective items please contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and / or arrange replacements where possible.

Where is my order?

We use a courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday. You will be sent a tracking order number when the parcel is collected and will be able to trace when your parcel is out for delivery.

What’s the minimum spend for free delivery?

If you live locally to us within a few miles of Brighton in Sussex, we offer Free delivery for orders over £50 its automatically calculated at checkout.

If you are ordering from further away - spend £150 for Free delivery nationwide.

Can I add something to my order after I have checked out?
