Wiston Estates is found in the South Downs area of East Sussex, UK on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. They use the traditional Champagne grape blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and use no chemical sprays to treat the vines - Wiston prefer to try to use minimal intervention at every point in the wine-making process.
From an exceptional year for growing, there are plenty of rich, decadent flavours such as lemon cake, macadamia nut and brioche.
