Vina Ilusion - Rioja Blanco
Vina Illusion produce wine from a vineyard that practises organic and biodynamic farming and have created a whole eco system that supports itself through the growing process - they also have olive trees, a vegetable garden and fruit trees planted. They practice 'do nothing' farming - having as little human intervention as possible making their wines low in sulphur and any other chemicals.
This is the white version from Vina Ilusion, using Viura grapes. Expect a medium level of acidity with bold citrus flavours of lemon and mandarin which are softened by stone fruit flavours of melon and peach.
