A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how th eunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer - it's a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth of character and has a smooth, silky body.
Golden body with white head. Aroma's of sour fruits, wood and malt vinegar. On the palette you get notes of once again wood, vinegar and an earthy, barnyard touch. The aftertaste is nice and sour.
