Wine made as it used to be. This beaut is from natural wine producing Sons of Wine in Alsace, France.
This super juicy and complex red has been made using 60 year old Carignan vines from the Languedoc with a little Alsatian Pinot Noir (10%). It was aged for 18 months in concrete tank. The ferment was spontaneous with carbonic maceration. No added sulfites, no clarification and no filtration took place so please expect some haze in the glass. 100% naturally made.
