The Sanko Masamune Sake brewery has been brewing Sake since 1918 brewing sake, mirin and shochu. Strangely the company has it's origins in strawberry farming in the US which is the reason there is a strawberry in their logo.
RAW is full bodied and rich with lots of juicy tropical fruit. Umami and notes of dried fruit. Exciting sake.
Drink with curry or deep fried food.
