Salcheto - Obvius Bianco
This wine is made using Trebbiano from the Poggio Piglia estate in Tuscany and has been blended with some Vermentino. It has been made in collaboration with the biodynamic estate Incontri from Suvereto.
No oak features and this wine is completely unfiltered, for an "all fruit" experience made even more attractive by the use of grapes only! (no added sulfites, yeasts, tannins, or anything else you can imagine). This is a completely natural wine. Get stuck in if you have an interest in natural wines - explore the fancy flavours and the complex aromas. It's fabulous.
