The Sant Armettu vineyard in the south of Corsica takes it's name from a hermit who was passionate about the healing quality of herbs. The grapes are grown organically and the vineyard is worked following the biodynamic ethos although not yet accredited. Indigineous grapes are vinified in a Burgundian style to keep freshness of fruit. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats.
This Rosumarinu is 100% Sciaccerllu grape variety which produces a wine with aromas of strawberry and a slight pepperiness. More red fruit and white pepper on the palate with silky tannins and a balanced acidity.
