Ronchi di Cialla is a family business and historical Friulian estate based in the D.O.C. Colli Orientali del Friuli area. The company philosophy is to work solely with indigenous grape varieties and this organically produced Ribolla Gialla is a classic example of their Friuli style. An elegant and lively nose exhibits hints of apple and pear with hints of bread crust. The flavour is very fresh and lively, with a strong balance of acidity and minerality. Pairs well with fish, cold cut meats, vegetables or as an aperitif.
