Berto Vermouth di Torino Superiore Bianco is a premium white vermouth produced by Antica Distilleria Quaglia. This vermouth is created by infusing wine for 60 days with a variety of herbs and spices, including wormwood, lemon balm, cinnamon, mace, ginger, rose, sage, turmeric, and others. sugar is then added to the pressed botanicals to make vermouth. Before being bottled, the mixture is softly filtered.
Wormwood's distinctively bitter flavours are prominent, and they are complemented by the subtle, spicy undertones of cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as floral undertones from rose and lemon balm flowers. It tastes great served in a glass with ice and lemon zest.
