Ascension Cider Co are a Sussex based operation making cider from an old apple store on an orchard. They use fruit that has been rejected from supermarkets for not fitting their aesthetic criteria and repurpose these apples into their delicious cider!
Purple Haze is made with a big dose of fresh blackcurrants and lemon juice - the citrus counterbalancing the sweetness of the wild cider and black fruit. The name relates to the natural hazy appearance of the cider.
