Pilton Cider is found in Somerset where they locally source apples from orchards in the surrounding parish. These are kept in cool Victorian cellars and slowly fermented for six months before bottling.
Tamoshanta is partially aged in whisky oak barrels, lending depth of flavour and texture to the finished product. With a base of classically keeved cider, this beverage is naturally fruity and dry in equal measure
