This wine is made from 100% Albillo grapes. After picking and pressing the Picarana ferments with its lees in used french oak barrels for 10 months. The wine that is produced has an impressive bouquet with notes of jasmine, tropical fruit and dairy notes. On the palate there is a richness and weight from the barrel fermentation but with a strong minerality which keeps the wine fresh. Pairs well with roast pork.
