This wine, is an orange wine made exclusively with a wonderful grape variety known as Rkatsiteli- please don’t ask me to pronounce it!
It has a superb oxidative style and it took 6 months of slow oxygen intake to create it. Aromas of dried apricots and deep citrus with a lovely bite of tannin.
