Portugeuse Pet Nat Rose, by Vasco Croft who practices biodynamic and organic maintenance in the vineyards. The vineyard lays on slightly inclined hills that are overlooking the Lima river, receiving shelter and coastal winds in turn.
Using two native grapes blended together in complimentary mix of styles, this delivers a fine mousse with flavours of ripe, red fruits and a crunchy acidity.
