Founded in Sanlucar de Barrameda and run by Maria Jose Romero whos family produces some of the very best sherry in the region. Maria recalls some of her best memories have been shared with her father over a glass of sherry - he was a "pharmacist by profession but a winemaker by devotion". Her vineyard is 100% bio-dynamic and dates back to 1820. The wines are aged in 80 year old American oak casks, giving texture and flavour to the final wine.
Walnuts, tobacco, dry with plenty of structure.
