Koch El Mezcal Ensamble
The ensamble mezcal from Koch is as you would imagine, an ensemble of different varieties of agave. One for mezcal connoisseurs who already have everything! Four rare agaves make up the blend; specifically Tobala, Tobasiche, Lumbre and Cirial.
Not too smokey - just a very well balanced blend that is both fresh and savoury, salty with ripe fruit. It is very tasty indeed.
