Ascension Cider Co are a Sussex based operation making cider from an old apple store on an orchard. They use fruit that has been rejected from supermarkets for not fitting their aesthetic criteria and repurpose these apples into their delicious cider!
Into the Jetstream is an experiment to pushing that combination of sweet balancing sour to the max. Dry and tart, this uses a refreshing mix of fresh cranberries and apples to achieve it's flavour.
