Michisakari is a sake brewery found in the Gifu region of central Japan which is 250 years old and focuses on producing the finest dry sake in refreshingly light, crisp styles.
This is dry, crisp and smooth - it has a complex combination of flavours; banana, yoghurt, honey and melon all entwine with a delicate acidity to sharpen its edges. This is an unpasteurised sake so needs to be kept refrigerated at all times.
