The Fog Monster are a US based winery, a resulting brainwave of Mullineux co-creators Andrea and Chris Mullineux. Taking their wine making expertise back to their native home they discovered the perfect little plots of land to grow their old vine, single parcel offerings. Established in 2012 and named after the foggy influence the Pacific Ocean has on California's coastal vineyards.
This Petite Sirah has a bracing acidity, paired with strong, grippy tannins and a light purple, inky hue. Expect intense bramble flavours with plenty of dark berry fruits and a slight spiciness to the finish. This is a big, punchy red.
